Pros vs. Cons?

One pro is that you can do it anywhere! Even if you’re traveling, if you have enough space to jump around or access to a hotel gym, you can still get your work out in, and they have various lengths of workouts.

Another pro is that you can do mini-workouts that focus on a specific body part, like the 20 minute workout focusing on legs.

One con is that because BODYPUMP™ is a weights-based workouts that use a barbell and/or weights plates you need to have certain equipment with you, which some people may not have access to.

Overall, the good outweighs the bad, and the best part is that you can do these workouts wherever you go and whenever you can find the time to, which helps eliminate skipping or missing workouts. I’m all about making my workouts work for me and les mills On Demand program really takes the stress out of preparing for my workouts.
