As a #FabFitFunPartner, we’re always so excited to see the upcoming season’s box revealed! The Winter 2017 box was my favorite one so far but I have to say that the Spring 2018 box looks fabulous. Just to recap, fabfitfun is a seasonal subscription box that features lifestyle, beauty, fitness, and travel related items. The Spring 2018 box includes 9 items plus a sample.  The box costs $49 (your first box is only $39 here with code BLOOM10) and always contains a retail value of over $200, but in my experience it’s closer to $300.

One cool and standout thing about FabFitFun is that each season they partner with a different charity to support their efforts and mission. This season they’ve partnered with Girl Rising. Find out more here.

After I receive my box and have a chance to test out the items I will report back on my final thoughts, but for now, let’s see what the spring box has to offer! My box arrived and I’m so thrilled with it! My reviews are below 🙂

Spring 2018 FabFitFun Box Reveal

The first item in the box to be revealed was a lipstick palette from ISH (retail value $42). I’ve never owned a lipstick palette before but I’ve seen good reviews on this one in particular. It’s always a concern with palettes like these that the formula will be too waxy and not have enough pigment. This is the item I’m least excited about, honestly. I kind of wish they went with more well-known brands instead. We shall see!

Review update: It’s really nice quality! The formula is nice and thin but very opaque and they have great lasting power.

The second item is a Rachel Pally Reversible Clutch (retail value $60) in one of three patterns/colors (the one in the photo above is in the style Paradise, Zahara in the photo below). I am so excited for this item — I  think it will definitely be a spring and summer staple! Personally, I’m glad to not be getting another scarf or poncho. Select members had the opportunity to choose their pattern.

Review update: I’m obsessed! This clutch is beautiful quality and I can’t wait to use it all spring and summer.

The third item is an Anderson Lilley Sunset Collection Candle (retail value $45) in one of three scents. It’s copper and very on-trend. As a candle lover, I’m also thrilled about this item. If candles aren’t for you, this would make a great gift! Select members had the opportunity to choose their scent.

Review update: I love the Manhattan Beach scent! It smells so spa-like and relaxing. When I’m finished with it, I’m going to clean out the copper container and use it for makeup brushes.

The next item is a Free People Understated Leather Eye Mask (retail value $40) in either mint, grey or pink. It also comes with a removable insert that you can put in the fridge for a cooling effect. I always keep an eye mask handy for travel and the one I currently have needs replacing. I could see how this isn’t something everyone might love but I think it’s a great inclusion.

Review update: I used this for a few nights and it’s so comfortable! I found that the gel pack is cooling even without putting it in the fridge. So long puffy eyes!

Next up is the Murad Skin Perfecting Lotion (retail value $40). I like that fabfitfun always includes a high end skincare item. I’m glad we’re not receiving another exfoliator; I still have my ExfoliKate from the winter box. I really enjoy Murad as a brand and am excited to try this out.

Review update: My skin feels so soft after using this! It’s nicely hydrating for my dry skin this time of year.

All subscribers will also receive the Physique 57 Massage Roller (retail value $20) in one of four colors. I’m all for DIY massage at home. We’ll see in a few weeks if this item is really worth it!

Review update: I received mine in blue, and I’ve been using this everyday–it’s incredible for sore muscles!

Everyone will also get the Dermelect Makeover Concealing Ridge Filler (retail value $18) which helps to fill in your nails and even out the surface. Personally, I’ve been more into painting my nails recently, and while I used to be bored by nail items being included in subscription boxes, I’m now quite happy to try them out, especially unique products like this one.

Review update: I put this on a few days ago and my nails look so healthy! It leaves a glossy and slightly iridescent finish and smoothes out the nail perfectly.

The Choice Items

The last two items are choice items which means all subscribers get to pick which ones they want! There is a beauty choice item and a jewelry choice item this season. I believe this is limited to a certain date. After the date has passed, fabfitfun will automatically pick an item for you.

You’ll get to pick between the Ettika Day Dreamer Tassel Earrings (retail value $58) in black or pink and the Maya Brenner Designs LOVE Bracelet (retail value $65) in rose or silver. I chose the LOVE Bracelet in silver because it reminds me of some of my favorite Alex and Ani bracelets.

Review update: I love the bracelet I chose! It’s nice and simple and just my style.

For the beauty choice you can select the KNC Beauty Lip Masks (retail value $25) or the Korres Guava Body Butter (retail value $24). My pick was the body butter. I love Korres as a brand and definitely need more lotion on hand.

Review update: The body butter is so hydrating! It smells amazing and I’m so glad I picked it.

The Sponsored Item

Each box also includes a small bonus item from a sponsor. This season it’s the Dove Gentle Exfoliating Body Polish. I’ve seen other lifestyle bloggers talk about this and I’m excited to try it for myself.

Is It Worth It?

This box is my favorite yet! I love every item I got and will get good use out of all of them. This box was a huge win for me!

I’ve found the value of the box to be worth the price, especially when you get your first box for only $39 (use code BLOOM10 here to save $$). Even if I don’t love anything in the box, I’m happy to pass things along as gifts or split the box with a friend.

Are you excited for this season’s fabfitfun?
