There is something so restorative about watching the sunrise before getting your day started. With the weather warming up a bit, you can actually spend the time outdoors to enjoy the rising sun. Let it be the time where you think of the possibilities of the day ahead and feel gratitude for waking up another morning.

2. Have A Colorful Breakfast For Spring Inspired Self Care
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Create a spring-infused meal to start your day with the best vibes. From avocado toast to a fun smoothie bowl, you’ll be getting the nutrients you need, while having a picturesque meal. Here are some ideas that will boost your breakfast this Spring.

This time of year is all about growth and new beginnings. Those are both great topics to write about during your journal time. If you are unsure of what to write, here are some journal prompts to get you thinking.

Switching gears to a relaxing night time activity, let’s add some Spring vibes to your bath. To do this you could use fresh floral scents for your bath salts, bath bombs, and more. You could also add flowers to your bath for a colorful, fun touch.

Spring is the perfect time to try something new. See how you like different hobbies or try one you’ve been thinking of attempting. This is an amazing way to revitalize yourself in the spring because you may just find your new favorite activity.

A great way to practice social self care is being intentional with your friendships. One way to do this is to take time each day to brighten a friend’s day. You can do this by sending a sweet text saying you are thinking of them, inviting them out for happy hour, or sending them a coffee. These are just a few examples.

Springtime is a great reminder to prioritize the things that bring you joy. So, if you don’t have a space that brings you joy, it’s time to find one. Lastly we have some activities that are good to do at least once a week, or at some point in the Spring season. There are a variety of activities from spring cleaning to treating yourself to flowers. You should find something that can revitalize you, your space, or your mindset with this list.
1. Declutter An Area In Your House
When you have an orderly physical space, you’ll have less mental clutter as well. Which is why Spring cleaning makes a great self care activity. If you don’t want to be too overwhelmed by the task, pick one area in your home to declutter each week.
2. Buy Some Flowers As Spring Inspired Self Care
Nothing says celebrating Spring quite like buying yourself some flowers, in my opinion. It’s a great way to give yourself a little joy, brighten up your space, and also add some fresh scents to your home.

I’ve been enjoying creating seasonal bucket lists since last fall. It’s been a fun way to romanticize the smaller activities and plan some of the bigger seasonal activities.

- Pick an energizing epsom salt for your bath and/or foot soak
