Meet the G20 Contributors: Danielle Tulipano

All of the great content we share is brought to you by the GenTwenty team. We’re introducing you to the names and faces behind the site in this special series.

What is your first and last name?

Danielle Tulipano

Where do you live?

Greater Boston

How did you first hear about GenTwenty?

My sister, Rachael Tulipano-Warren

When did you start writing for GenTwenty?

Late July 2021!

If you had an extra hour in the day and you could do whatever you wanted, what would you do and why?

My boyfriend and I are both foodies, and we worked in the service industry for a long time, so we love going to new restaurants with unique environments and trying different dishes and a couple of craft cocktails. Or I would read because that comforts my soul, and an extra hour would impact my sleep less (sigh).

How do you recharge when you are stressed?

Working out and doing yoga always centers and energizes me and helps my mood for the day.

Favorite sweet or savory treat?

I am fanatic about cannolis. I know that’s expected because I’m Italian, but nothing tops a fresh cannoli with some espresso. I’m salivating at the thought.

What’s the best piece of advice you would give to another twenty-something?

Listen to your gut. As you grow older, many voices come into your head about what you should be doing, where you should be in life, how you can do better; and you need to single out your own voice. Only you know what you need, value, and wish for—chase that.
