How Wildgrain Is Helping Me For The Holidays (and FREE Croissants!)

This post is brought to you in partnership with Wildgrain and contains affiliate links. Try Wildgrain for yourself here and save $10 with code GENTWENTY10. New memberships will include free croissants for life!

I’ve shared about Wildgrain in the past (check out my full Wildgrain review here!). My family loves their bake-from-frozen sourdough breads, pastries, and pastas. After my initial review, my family continued to subscribe and we love getting our box every month!

Wildgrain is an innovative company bringing these minimal ingredients pastas, pastries, and breads right to your door. Sourdough has so many health benefits and Wildgrain makes it so accessible.

The wild fermented yeast in sourdough contains prebiotics that aid in improved digestion and absorption of nutrients. It’s also lower in gluten and helps keep your blood sugar level stable.

They prioritize clean ingredients in all of their offerings. The deliveries are made on dry ice and shipped right to your door. The breads take about 40 minutes from freezer to plate, the pastas generally less than 10, and most pastries around 15-20 minutes! We truly love them.

The use of clean and minimal ingredients is really important to me. I love that Wildgrain prioritizes that as well as donating 6 meals to those in need for every membership purchased.

Wildgrain partners with small-batch bakers from all across the country to create their monthly boxes. I really love the Wildgrain prioritizes simple ingredients and do not used bleached-flour. Unless I make it myself, it’s really hard for me to find this quality of breads nearby.

They offer two box types: the Mixed Box and the Bakery Box.

Their boxes are what you’d expect by the names! The mixed box includes bread, pasta, and pastries whereas in the bakery box you’ll find just bread and pastries. I don’t think you can go wrong with either box but we usually get the mixed box!

I didn’t expect to love the pastas as much as I did but there’s something about fresh pasta that’s just WAY BETTER than boxed pasta. I’d definitely recommend adding them to your box!

I recently used my fresh fettuccine to make a pumpkin sage Alfredo and it was amazing! It tasted like restaurant quality at home and I 100% attribute it to the fresh pasta.

How We Use Wildgrain

We served the pumpkin cinnamon rolls for breakfast over the weekend and they were a huge hit. I also used the Tonnarelli pasta to make a simple garlic chicken sausage with red sauce dish and it was divine!

I’ve been subscribed to Wildgrain for several months now and absolutely love getting our monthly deliveries. We loved the sourdough rolls in the summer on the side of steak and salad.

We frequently have the english muffins and croissants for breakfast with a side of bacon, sausage, and fruit. They offer my family high quality options that I feel good about serving.

Sourdough bread is a huge hit in our house. We use it for everything from sandwiches to avocado pasta and for french toast. My kids love it and I love that it is better for them than processed breads from the grocery store.

Last month I added on the parmesan herb biscuits to save for Thanksgiving! This will make serving Thanksgiving dinner so much easier.

If you’re a single or double household, I think you’ll love Wildgrain because of the high quality ingredients but also because you’ll really be able to stretch the breads, pastas, and pastries across many meals.

Our Favorite Add-Ons

My family goes crazy for the chocolate croissants. We always add them on! I also love swapping out and breads I don’t think they’ll love for ones that they will. It’s also nice to try new flavors like cranberry and pecan!

They also donate six meals to those in need for every membership purchased.
