4 Ways I Love To Use egglife Wraps

I first had the opportunity to try egglife wraps over the summer. It’s an intriguing concept – they are what is essentially a tortilla made from eggs. I love that they are high protein and lower carb and calorie! As a mom who is a few months postpartum with my third child and working on building muscle while maintaining my milk supply and sticking to a workout schedule while also needing energy to keep up with my kids (it’s a lot, I know!!)

I have loved using these wraps over the past few months to make meals easier and add protein! Here are a few ways I have enjoyed eating them.

1. High Protein Tacos

I use the egglife wraps (original pictured here but also great with the southwest or garden salsa. We do taco board nights as a family because it is so easy with kids for them to mix and match what they like! We typically do a peppers and onions, lettuce, cheese, guacamole if we have it, and either chicken or ground beef! It’s easy to get on the table and super filling.

2. Breakfast Wraps

One of my favorite really quick high protein breakfasts is an egg wrap with sausage and cheese. Sometimes I add avocado if we have it or left over vegetables but it’s delicious, filling, and quick! Make it with the sweet cinnamon wrap and it’s giving McGriddle.

3. Sandwich Salad Wraps

Anything you can put in a salad or make on a sandwich you can make with these! I like filling them with turkey and veggies! They are great for hummus too and even PBJ.

4. Pizza Rollups

I love a good pepperoni pizza and these help hit the spot! I make them with a plain wrap, a little bit of cheese and pepperoni! I roll them up and airfry for a few minutes on 350 – just watch for crisping! I dip them in pizza sauce for a high protein pizza that hits the spot.

egglife has a ton of recipes on their website as well that I’m looking forward to trying! If you’re wondering if they taste like eggs, the answer is kind of but not really! Depending how you make them (like with sausage and cheese, for example) there is definitely an egg component but I also can’t tell they taste like eggs at all when I use them for tacos! They have a gentle consistency which is very tortilla like in my opinion. I’m a fan and think they are worth trying!

Have you tried these what do you think?
