This is why we have compiled a list of easy (and of course, healthy) meals for you that can be made with minimal ingredients and equipment, but that also support your healthy lifestyle and budget. If you are still in college, the majority of these recipes can be made with a variation of ingredients found in the typical dining hall (examples: fruit, kale, salad toppings). Others can be purchased and be prepared for the upcoming week (examples: fruit and yogurt parfait, jarred hummus, trail mix). You can also experiment and alter these recipes to suite your tastes.
