Make a brag list.

Keep track of times that you did something you're proud of at work.  It could be a compliment given by a coworker, a completed project you worked tirelessly on, or an interaction you felt proud of how you handled.

Leave Your  Comfort Zone

The only way to retrain your brain's thinking pathways is by throwing a wrench in the old paths.  That means getting out of your comfort zone, trying and seeing how you succeed in what you thought you couldn't do or were afraid to try.

Figure Out What Motivates You

Whether it’s having a vision board around where you want to be in a year from now, or having a really clear action plan and goals of what will motivate you to do that, you have to figure out why you want to grow and what you want to grow towards.
