No clue what to do with all those Thanksgiving leftovers? Try this spin on a classic -- buffalo wing dip with turkey!

I love this recipe because it’s a simple and delicious way to repurpose your Thanksgiving leftovers. I’ll be making this while I binge-watch the Gilmore Girls revival on Black Friday!

This recipe takes about 15 minutes to prep and 2.5-3 hours to cook fully.

Ingredients

  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 2 bags shredded cheese
  • 2 cups shredded turkey
  • 1 cup Frank’s Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • Crockpot or slow cooker

Instructions

  1. Shred slices of leftover turkey.
  2. Combine cream cheese and shredded cheese. Cook on low heat until softened.
  3. Mix in shredded turkey. Continue to cook on low heat until hot and bubbly, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add Frank’s Buffalo Sauce and ranch dressing to taste — that could mean more or less than one cup of each, depending on how hot you like your wing dip.

You can serve it as a dip with tortilla chips, or on top of a toasted bagel or even a hunk of French bread. My favorite is putting it on French bread and toasting it in the oven for 10-15 minutes!

Enjoy!
