G20Eats: Buffalo Wing Dip (With Leftover Turkey!)
I love this recipe because it’s a simple and delicious way to repurpose your Thanksgiving leftovers. I’ll be making this while I binge-watch the Gilmore Girls revival on Black Friday!
This recipe takes about 15 minutes to prep and 2.5-3 hours to cook fully.
Ingredients
- 1 block cream cheese
- 2 bags shredded cheese
- 2 cups shredded turkey
- 1 cup Frank’s Buffalo Sauce
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- Crockpot or slow cooker
Instructions
- Shred slices of leftover turkey.
- Combine cream cheese and shredded cheese. Cook on low heat until softened.
- Mix in shredded turkey. Continue to cook on low heat until hot and bubbly, stirring occasionally.
- Add Frank’s Buffalo Sauce and ranch dressing to taste — that could mean more or less than one cup of each, depending on how hot you like your wing dip.
You can serve it as a dip with tortilla chips, or on top of a toasted bagel or even a hunk of French bread. My favorite is putting it on French bread and toasting it in the oven for 10-15 minutes!
Enjoy!
